東園文化創(chuàng)意廣場(chǎng)位置北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)崔各莊鄉(xiāng)東辛店330號(hào)，隸屬望京來(lái)廣營(yíng)花家地崔各莊，所處地段尊貴優(yōu)越。東園文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園占地總面積21980平方米，綠化面積3500平方米。園區(qū)內(nèi)建筑層高9.25米、10米，均為無(wú)柱空間，戶型可隨意定制。園區(qū)采取舊廠房改造的方式，依托北京市全國(guó)交通樞紐、全國(guó)文化中心等優(yōu)勢(shì)條件，擬建設(shè)成為兼具傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)涵與現(xiàn)代相結(jié)合的綜合影視文化基地。

The Dongyuan Cultural and Creative Industry Park covers a total area of 21980 square meters, with a green area of 3500 square meters.
